Refunds not accepted. The customer may exchange their product within 7 days they receive the original product for another product of the same amount. For an exchange, please send back the product with the receipt. We will contact the customer once it has been received to complete the exchange. Please put a note with the product being returned, which new product that you would like to exchange it for. (new product must be the same price as the returned item).
No. We only accepts orders within the US. We are looking to expand in the future.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. All customers will receive a tracking number so you can track your order once it ships.
